The Master of Science in Information Networking (MSIN) Program
Offered in collaboration with the Information Networking Institute (INI) of
Carnegie Mellon

       
 
The MSIN is a unique interdisciplinary program that brings together the key technologies and techniques that underpin Information Networking from the Schools of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Computer Science, and Business Administration. Successful graduates will be awarded the Master of Science in Information Networking degree from Carnegie Mellon, Pittsburgh, USA.

All courses are taught in English by Carnegie Mellon and AIT faculty. The AIT campus in Athens, Greece offers state-of-the-art auditoriums and distance education facilities, educational and research laboratories, and a modern library. Additionally, students have access to on-line Carnegie Mellon services. Outstanding admitted students are granted tuition fellowships, mainly from the INTRACOM Group of companies.

To be eligible for admission, applicants must:

hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related field
 
have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
demonstrate proficiency in English
have taken the GRE General Test.

AIT is a Center of Exellence for Research and Education in the areas of Software Engineering, Telecommunications/Networking, Embedded Systems and Electronics. Its mission is to foster the development of high quality Information and Communication Technologies professionals capable of creating technological breakthroughs for the 21st century.
