Laurentian University is part of a proud Canadian tradition of high-quality, publicly funded, fully accredited universities. But you are also close to downtown Sudbury, a city of 160,000 residents in Northern Ontario, and its shops, restaurants, and cinemas.

Undergraduate programmes at Laurentian include
commerce, computer science, and a combined commerce computer science major, but you can also study psychology, languages, economics, sciences, nursing, and many other topics, which you can find listed on our website. Among our master’s programmes the MBA is very popular; our unique pre-MBA programme helps you to get prepared. We also offer master’s programmes in the Sciences, Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, Social Work, Applied Sociology, Humanities, Human Development, and History. Virtually all graduate students get a Graduate Teaching Assistantship, which offsets most of the cost of your tuition, so your tuition is nearly free!
