There
are 4 different room sizes in Manchester Student
Village
Three
or four installments are required depending on the duration of your stay. You can
save 5% by paying for the full academic year (42
weeks) in advance.

Electricity
is paid via smart card system on a pay as you
go basis.
This cost is shared between flat mates.
Car
Parking is available on a separate
contract.
Residents
Association
There
is an optional charge of £10 which may be retained
from your Reservation fee to join the Manchester
Student Village Residents Association.
The
demand for Manchester Student Village accommodation
is very high so it is necessary to book early
to avoid disappointment.
However, please note: before 1st
September £100 of the reservation fee is not refundable
upon cancellation. After the 1st September
no part of the reservation fee in refundable upon
cancellation.
