Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is a large higher educational establishment providing training of specialists since 1930. In 1998 the University as the institution having strong reputation for research and quality education in the field of construction acquired a very high appraisal of the European
Experts Mission. In spring 2002 the University successfully obtained International Accreditation at MEng level and the Recognition Certificate from The Institution of Civil Engineers and The Institution of Structural Engineers (London).

Since 1978 the University has been training specialists for foreign countries. Since that time representatives from 22 countries of the world including the USA, Asia and Europe have already taken certain courses of studies at our University.

The University runs Dr. Sc Courses and Post Graduate Courses in 29 scientific specialities. There is also an education centre for providing continuing education programmes.

There are Russian Language Courses for overseas citizens in the University. Academic process for Russian language learning is organized in specially equipped classrooms and classes are conducted according to individually tailored programmes.

The Students Campus is situated in the central part of the city. Overseas students are provided with single rooms or sets for 2-3 persons in a comfortable hostel.
